location is good just 2 mins walk from Leicester Square tube station. The room is okay, staffs are nice and helpful.

LOCATION IS IMPECCABLE . close to underground and many key bus stops to get to the rest of london. close to Piccadilly as well!
Very dark rooms and halls.... aircon didn't work well, room was hot but we were only in the room for sleeping so it was what it was. The bathroom light could only be turned on with all the room lights so if you share a room you wake others. Small thing but no shelf or surface to put your personal items when in the bathroom or shower. The restaurant on 10th floor was noisy at 5 am (we had 9th floor room) which made sleeping impossible. When mentioned to the staff they commented it was the server station which was above us and couldn't be helped. We had not been made aware there was a restaurant open to the public. The vacuuming was done at 6 am upstairs creating a loud noise. The elevator broke down a few times while we were there. There was no actual check in desk. Three employees stood by a shelf on the edge of a wall in a 6×6 space poorly lit at the top of the stairs. With 5 others checking in the space was very cramped. the buckets of towels and sheets are left in hall so you can grab your own. no house keeping past 3 so who knows if the stuff In the hall is washed??
